wastewater treatment plants, including our proprietary MWMS Channel
Dam (patent pending). This unique system allows facilities to isolate sluice
gates and weir gates without requiring full pump shutdowns, drastically
reducing downtime, labor, and operational costs. MWMS is the only
company in Florida offering this specialized service, and we can refurbish or
custom-build gates in a fraction of the time it takes to order new ones. Founded
by Donald Stackpole, MWMS brings years of hands-on experience, engineering ingenuity, and a deep understanding of municipal water management challenges. With deep industry knowledge and problem-solving expertise, Don has built a reputation for effectively diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure and asset challenges.
MWMS is a woman- and veteran-owned, family-operated business founded on the principles of honesty and integrity—the "WWJD" approach that guides every customer interaction. We are committed to providing only the services our clients truly need, delivering value with transparency and trust.
Through MWMS and its affiliated companies, we proudly train and employ fellow veterans and motivated young individuals who are eager to learn skilled trades such as welding, fabrication, and water treatment operations.
